Our Legacy

 

 

Our story began in 2017, when our father, Emiliano Lascarez, founded The Boss Professional Cleaners in Schenectady, NY. A hardworking family man with a commitment to excellence, he quickly became known for providing dependable, high-quality cleaning services to medical offices, schools, and small businesses across the Capital Region. His reputation was built on trust, professionalism, and a deep respect for his clients.

 

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in 2020, Emiliano stepped up—expanding services to include professional disinfecting, helping local businesses stay safe and open during uncertain times. His leadership and work ethic became a benchmark for what a family-run service company should stand for.

 

In February 2025, Emiliano passed away, leaving behind more than a successful business—he left a legacy of dedication, honesty, and community.

 

 

 

A New Chapter

 

 

After his passing, we—his sons, Luis Torres and Emiliano Lascarez Jr.—made it our mission to carry forward his vision and elevate it. In his honor, we launched Capital Pro Elite Services, uniting all that we do under one name:

 

• Capital Pro Janitorial – Green commercial and medical facility cleaning.

• Capital Pro Pressure Washing – Soft washing, roof cleaning, and surface restoration.

• Capital Pro Lighting – Holiday and permanent lighting design and installation.
