Capital Pro Janitorial was built on a foundation of hard work, family values, and a commitment to excellence. Our story began in 2017, when our father, Emiliano Lascarez, founded his original company, The Boss Professional Cleaners, in Schenectady, NY.

As a proud minority-owned, family-operated business, Emiliano ran the company alongside his wife and youngest son. He quickly earned a reputation for delivering exceptional cleaning services to small businesses and medical clinics across the Capital Region. With a reliable team of well-trained professionals and a dedication to using only the best eco-friendly cleaning products, Emiliano’s work stood out for its quality and care.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, Emiliano rose to the moment—expanding his services to meet the urgent need for professional disinfecting. His leadership during this time not only helped local businesses stay safe, but also solidified his standing as a trusted name in the community.

In February 2025, our father sadly passed away. His loss was deeply felt, but so was the impact of the legacy he left behind.

 

After his passing, we—his sons, Emiliano Lascarez Jr. and Luis Torres—made the decision to carry on his mission. To honor his memory and continue serving our community with integrity, we launched a new chapter: Capital Pro Janitorial.

While the name has changed, our values have not. We are committed to growing this company into something even greater, building on the strong foundation our father laid. With a fresh brand and a renewed vision, we aim to become one of the Capital Region’s leading janitorial service providers—always rooted in family, quality, and trust.
