  • Spot-clean visible wall marks (light effort only)

 

BATHROOMS

  • Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers

Prices are based on total interior square footage. Homes over 2,800 sq ft or with unique layouts (basements, in-law units, etc.) may require a custom quote.

  • 🧼 Condition Adjustments:

Pricing assumes standard cleaning conditions. Properties with heavy buildup, pet hair, odors, or neglect may incur additional charges. We’ll confirm before starting.

  • ➕ Add-Ons:

Services such as inside appliances, cabinets, garages, and blind cleaning, are available as add-ons. They are not included in standard packages unless specified.

  • Blind Cleaning:

Homes with more than 10 windows or extra grime may incur a small additional fee. Blind cleaning is quoted on-site.

  • 🎁 Referral Program Terms:

Referral credits are issued after the referred cleaning is completed and paid in full. Referrals must be submitted before the appointment is scheduled to qualify.

  • 🔑 Entry & Access:

Please ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time. Lockboxes, garage codes, or someone present are all acceptable. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Pet Disclaimer:

While we love pets, cleaning up after them often requires more time and equipment wear. We may apply a Pet Fee if pet hair, odor, or stains significantly impact the cleaning process. We’ll notify you before applying any charges. (Pet Fee waived with Premium Deep Cleaning.)
