  • 📐 Square Footage Pricing:

Prices are based on total interior square footage. Homes over 2,500 sq ft or with unique layouts (basements, in-law units, etc.) may require a custom quote.

  • 🧼 Condition Adjustments:

Pricing assumes standard cleaning conditions. Properties with heavy buildup, pet hair, odors, or neglect may incur additional charges. We’ll confirm before starting.

  • ➕ Add-Ons:

Services such as inside appliances, cabinets, garages, blind cleaning, and window track cleaning are available as add-ons. They are not included in standard packages unless specified.

  • Blind Cleaning:

Homes with more than 10 windows or extra grime may incur a small additional fee. Blind cleaning is quoted on-site.

  • 🎁 Referral Program Terms:

Referral credits are issued after the referred cleaning is completed and paid in full. Referrals must be submitted before the appointment is scheduled to qualify.

  • 🔑 Entry & Access:

Please ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time. Lockboxes, garage codes, or someone present are all acceptable. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Referral bonus is paid only after the referred cleaning service has been completed and paid in full. Referred clients must include the referring agent’s or homeowner’s full name at the time of booking. Bonus is sent via usps within 48 hours of service completion. Program terms may change without notice.
